This policy explains what data Wanees handles when you install it in your Salla store. The app runs on your settings, and chats happen in WhatsApp directly.

Store data

Your store's name and address, your app subscription, the access keys Salla grants the app (stored encrypted), and the app settings you save in Salla, including the team names and numbers you enter.

Customer data

We never read or store your customers' chats, numbers or your orders. Chats happen in WhatsApp between you and the shopper.

Statistics

When a visitor starts a chat we record aggregate daily counts: with which team member, from which kind of page and about which product (its number and name as shown on the page), with no visitor identifier. We don't use cookies. A visitor's browser keeps small notes, such as whether the greeting bubble was shown; these never reach us.

Sharing and hosting

We don't sell or share data. The service runs on Cloudflare and data is used only to run the app for your store.

Deletion

When you uninstall the app we delete all of your store's data: settings, statistics and access keys. You can ask for deletion at any time by email.
